Mindfulness and yoga offer amazing tools to help us ease our relationship with fatigue. Using the core foundations of mindfulness, movement, breath, and rest, this course will help you to bring compassionate awareness to your experience and explore ways to soothe your body and mind.
However you are feeling, there is always something you can do to connect with yourself and show yourself some kindness. The programme includes a range of practices - from a three-minute breathing space meditation to help you manage stress in the moment, to a longer yoga practice broken into manageable 10-minute sections.
This means you can pick and choose the practice most helpful for you today, and begin to build a movement and meditation practice that supports and nourishes you. All of the practices are yours to keep forever and use as often as you like.
There is no need to have with experience with yoga or mindfulness; this course will support you into exploring them at your own pace.
